Terms and Conditions
Effective from: 1st April 2026
Welcome to Gold Almighty. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our business. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or place an order.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
About Us
Gold Almighty is a UK based business specialising in second hand, vintage, and antique jewellery. We are committed to providing a personal, boutique experience for customers worldwide.
Our business operates in full compliance with UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Distance Selling Regulations where applicable.
For any enquiries, you may contact us using the details provided on our website.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gold Almighty.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet our shipping requirements.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. A second email will follow once the order has been accepted and dispatched. A binding contract is formed only when we send the dispatch confirmation.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT where required by law.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their destination country.
Gold Almighty reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices quoted at the time of order placement will be honoured.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via secure third party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Product Descriptions and Accuracy
Gold Almighty takes great care to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate and reflect the true nature of each item.
Given the vintage and antique nature of our jewellery, customers should expect signs of age and character consistent with pre owned pieces. We strive to highlight any notable wear, repairs, or unique characteristics in the product description.
Photographs are taken under professional lighting to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur between different screens and devices.
All measurements, gemstone weights, and metal purity details are provided in good faith. If you require additional information or specific measurements before purchasing, please contact us.
Authenticity and Quality
Gold Almighty guarantees the authenticity of every item sold. All antique and vintage pieces are described accurately to the best of our knowledge and expertise.
Where applicable, precious metal items are hallmarked in accordance with UK Hallmarking Act requirements. Details of hallmarks are provided in product descriptions.
Diamonds and gemstones are described based on our professional assessment. We do not provide laboratory certificates unless explicitly stated in the listing.
If you have any concerns about authenticity, please contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction and trust are paramount to our business.
Shipping and Delivery
Gold Almighty ships worldwide. All orders are dispatched using tracked and insured postal services. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.
UK orders typically arrive within one to three business days after dispatch. International orders typically arrive within five to ten business days, though customs processing may cause delays.
Title to goods passes to the customer at the time of dispatch. However, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery, provided the item was shipped with appropriate insurance coverage.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Gold Almighty is not liable for delays or non delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
For full details, please refer to our Shipping and Insurance Policy.
Insurance and Liability
All orders are fully insured during transit until delivery is confirmed. This covers loss, theft, or damage occurring while the item is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
In the event that an item arrives damaged or does not arrive, customers must notify Gold Almighty within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Evidence such as photographs will be required to process any claim.
Gold Almighty is not liable for loss or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed and signed for.
Returns and Refunds
Gold Almighty offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Bespoke or custom items are non returnable unless faulty.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product does not meet these standards, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide a right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days of receipt. This applies to distance sales made online. However, this right does not apply to personalised or bespoke items, nor to sealed goods that have been unsealed.
Gold Almighty complies fully with these regulations and will honour cancellation requests where applicable.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For customers outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Gold Almighty is required by law to declare the full value of the item on customs documentation. Under declaring value is illegal and contrary to UK trading standards.
International customers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs authorities.
Cancellations and Amendments
Customers may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us directly. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
Gold Almighty reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
